RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms before placing an order.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also include the original packaging and all included accessories.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, please contact us through the Contact page on our website and provide:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos showing the item and packaging, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. After your request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong color, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery
• Items missing their original packaging or included accessories
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items sent back without prior return approval
• Gift cards or downloadable products, if applicable
Order Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
If an order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to this policy.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank, card provider, or PayPal to process and display the refund.

European Union and United Kingdom Customers
Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have additional statutory cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights provided by local law.
